INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces of premium Bourbon

  • 1 ounce of apple cider

  • ½ ounce of maple syrup (optional)

  • A pinch of ground nutmeg or cinnamon

  • Ice cubes

  • Cinnamon stick

  • Brown sugar

  • Orange slices

  • Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. To infuse a cinnamon flavor, sear a cinnamon stick until the flame simmers out and place it on a non-flammable surface.

    2. Cover the cinnamon stick with a rocks glass. You can control the amount of smokiness you would like in your drink. Approximately 15-30 seconds and let the magic happen.
